Langleys are now offering an extensive range of tiled roof conservatories and extensions (all subject to building regulations approval). 

These will need to be designed and assessed on an individual basis.  This is to make sure that all aspects of the current building regulations can be met by our designs.  Heat loss is a big factor with any building subject to building control.  By using highly efficient materials and products it is possible to meet the stringent heat loss figures enabling us to open up the new room to the house.

This gives so much scope to extend off of an existing room making for a beautiful summer room.
