Our Guarantee to you
We provide a very comprehensive guarantee with all of our work. All of our conservatories windows doors and roofline products are covered by a protected guarantee administered through the Consumer Protection Association (CPA). By clicking on the link below you can visit their web site for more information.
On completion of each of our projects covered by the CPA our customers are required to fill out a short questionnaire relating to the works carried out by us which is then sent directly to the CPA. On receipt of this form a protected guarantee will be issued to the customer in addition to our own company guarantee for ultimate peace of mind. The CPA constantly monitors its members for quality as they in turn are covering the work with an insurance backed guarantee. Any prospective customer of Langleys is able to approach the CPA in order to get feed back from our present and past customers as to the quality of our work and their level of satisfaction. |

Langleys is a registered member of FENSA By clicking on this link you can visit the FENSA web site and see which companies are registered. As of 1st April 2002 all replacement windows and doors in domestic dwellings in England and Wales are required to meet with newly agreed energy saving requirements and as such are subject to building regulations. As Langleys is a member of FENSA ( The Fenestration Self Assessment Scheme) you can be assured that your new windows and doors will either meet with or exceed all the current legislation. |
