We are able to call upon our 35 years of building experience and our inhouse fully qualified carpenters to create truly bespoke Garden rooms designed to your specification.
Design
From initial design to the completed installation Langleys will take care of everything. With so many different design options on offer and a very high standard of craftsmanship our garden rooms are truly bespoke.
- Pick the brick finish to your high standard insulated solid concrete base
- Choose your external cladding finish and colours
- Have your preference of door and window designs and colours
- A Choice of flat or pitched roof designs with gabled or hip ends.
- Electrics installed to part P regulations.
- Internal plaster finish to ceiling and walls where required.

Building control & Planning
In most of cases building control and planning permission is not required for garden rooms, however if you do require building control and planning permission we can provide a full inhouse service to help get your design through.

We use Gateway Building Control to over see and sign off all of our project subject to control. With many years of experience in this field Gateway provide a great service for our customers.
