Langleys provide a full, in house design and planning service to our customers.  By keeping this work in house we can take time to understand exactly what they want and tailor a design accordingly.  We can also prepare and submit a planning applications on your behalf where necessary.  Having the latest CAD software it allows us to design your extension from the ground up to your precise requirements.  Rest assured we only use highly skilled people to work on our projects to provide the end result you are looking for.

Of course, if you already have your design and planning in place we would still love to provide an estimate for the build.

In most cases an extension requires building control inspections and a final certificate to prove it meets all current regulations. As with planning we provide an in house building control service at Langleys.  In the first place we have Gateway Building Control approve the specifications and structural requirements of our design. Then when the job is underway at key stages they send out one of their experienced building control officers to inspect our work and when the job is finished provide you with the final compliance certification. We have worked with Gateway for many years and they not only oversee the inspections they also help us with the initial design. Therefore you know our extensions are built to the highest standards.
